Since the new wheel got all new leather grip sewn on it, it also deserved a cover to keep it protected from the elements when not in use and to keep it looking nicer for longer.
A bit of canvas, an old Elna Supermatic sewing machine thanks to Bruce the B (Danni's dad), a couple of brass eyelets, some shock cord and Voilà , a nice new bit of trim for Bela Vida.
Very easy and quick to make and well worth it. Keeps the UV and weather from wrecking the leather that was sewn on with lots of time, blood and pain.
